      BREAKING NEWS - TOP CHEFS TO REVEAL ALL FOR INDUST BREAKING NEWS - TOP CHEFS TO REVEAL ALL FOR INDUSTRY CALENDAR.
Today, some of the UKs top chefs have announced their participation in a ‘Full disclosure’ naked charity calendar, to raise vital funds for our beloved @hospitalityaction 
The calendar, which will be released later this year, will feature 12 of the most well known culinary faces, each accompanied by some of their favourite cooking tools.
Speaking of their pledge (and preparation for the photo shoot) several of these chefs expressed their joy in finding freedom by losing the chefs whites and letting it all hang out 
“I can’t wait to be photographed” announced @satbains1 “I have been working out a lot, and it’s about time everyone saw the results. As for what tool I will have in my hand - well , that could surprise everybody”
Commenting on his selection to be the July poster-boy chef @cheftombrown added “This is something I was immediately drawn to do. Supporting our sector has never been more critical and my photo shoot, which involves some creative poses with #icecreamcones and #sprinkles will surely get people talking”
Speaking from Ireland, August pinup @cheftonyparkin commented “We are all busy, but sometimes you just have to step out of your comfort zone and lay it all bare. I have been practicing my own comfort with nudity during quiet moments in the kitchen, and all I can say to our photographer and filmmaker recording the event @rosa_brough is that you won’t need to pack too many lenses”

      Registrations are coming to a close for the 35th e Registrations are coming to a close for the 35th edition of the Toque d’Or competition. Back and Front of house students on Level 2, 3 and 4 are urged to complete their entry before the 31st March deadline.
Sustainability remains the theme for this prestigious competition, and competitors will get the opportunity to sharpen their skills while exploring the latest culinary trends and learning about sustainable farming. From farm to fork and bean to cup, entrants will craft pioneering, sustainably sourced menus at every stage of the competition, giving them the skills and creativity to overcome sustainability challenges in the culinary world.
This year’s winners will join 105 more in Toque d’Or’s bustling hall of fame and will enjoy a once in a lifetime culinary trip to Brazil, sampling high-end gastronomy through to street food, and learning about sustainability on a bean to cup journey with the world’s biggest coffee producer. Discovering the vibrant gastronomic scene of São Paulo, learning about coffee and sustainability in Espírito Santo, and sightseeing in Rio de Janeiro, they’ll be inspired by new tastes and flavours from the country.

      So, after the @michelinguide reveal, I was fortuna So, after the @michelinguide reveal, I was fortunate to be on a Zoom with #gwendalpoullennec and the U.K. Chief Inspector. Amongst other things, one of the questions I raised was whether, here in the U.K. and Ireland edition, it could be time for us to also have a #pastrychef #patissier award, as #France has - because we have some incredible talent here? The response was surprisingly positive! Let’s hope we see this added to the list of #specialawards in the not too distant future!
