To mark their 30thanniversary, leading international bakery business, Bridor has hosted a Tartines Gourmandes Masterclassin the UK, showcasing breads from their premium ranges. The special celebratory event was overseen by Bridor’s brand ambassador and renowned Michelin starred chef, Michel Roux Jr and master baker Frédéric Lalos, who has been a key Bridor partnerfor the past eight years.
The two long-time friends gave a demonstration of three tartine recipes from Michel Roux Jr’s forthcoming book, The French Revolution, due to be published at the end of the year.Guests enjoyed creating their own versions of the classically inspired Tartine Provencal, Tartine Bretonne and Tartine Chevre et Figues; all presented on the Bridor byFrédéric Lalos bread collection.
