Bridor’s Raspberry Croissant is a Fruity Hit with Judges

The leading French bakery business, Bridor, is ending its 30thanniversary year on a high note after receiving a Quality Food Award on 1stNovember 2018. Bridor received the award in the ‘Bakery Other – Instore Bakery’ category, with its Raspberry Croissant coming out in the top position.

Launched in 1979, the Quality Food Awards recognise the best in retail, wholesale and foodservice food and drink products available in the United Kingdom. The Awards’ rigorous judging process is entirely independent and draws on a panel of around 400 industry experts, who share their professional opinions and provide feedback to entrants.

Bridor’sNorthern Europe Sales Director, Erwan Inizan, collected the award during the ceremony at Grosvenor House.
