ResDiary and The Irish Times partner to provide free table reservations

ResDiary and The Irish Times are delighted to announce an exclusive partnership, bringing together The Irish Times’ Food and Drink section with ResDiary’s online reservation capabilities.

The partnership will allow table bookings to be made directly from, giving potential guests a quick and simple way to book a table. This will allow restaurants who are ResDiary customers and featured in The Irish Times’ to benefit from incremental reservations.

ResDiary, which has recently become part of the Accorhotel group, has been powering reservations for some of Ireland’s top restaurants since 2006. They supply fine dining venues like Chapter One and Patrick Guilbaud, alongside many of Ireland’s best independent restaurants. As the Food and Drinks section of The Irish Times is known as a haven for foodies, this partnership will be a perfect way to match them with some of these great restaurants.

Of The Irish Times weekly total audience of 922,000 readers, 406,000 eat in restaurants at least monthly. 170,000 eat in restaurants at least fortnightly, which is 36% more likely than the national average. 91% read food and drink content in The Irish Times and 70% go to a restaurant based on our reviews.

Mike Conyers, CEO of ResDiary said:

“The Irish Times is one of the biggest media forces in Ireland and popular across the world so we are delighted to partner with them. Their food and drinks section is the “go to” for thousands of potential diners and giving them the opportunity to reserve directly into the restaurant will be of great benefit.

ResDiary powers reservations for some of the best restaurants in Ireland, most of whom are featured on the Irish Times site: this is a great opportunity to boost business and raise their profile.”
